LOS ANGELES, CA – Today, Supervisor Kathryn Barger’s reelection campaign received a strong show of support from the law enforcement community. Four core associations in her district — the Los Angeles County Police Chiefs’ Association (LACPCA), Pasadena Police Officers Association, Burbank Police Officers Association, and Glendale Police Officers Association — officially voiced their endorsement of Barger for Fifth District Supervisor.
Their vote of confidence and support of Supervisor Barger reflected a deep appreciation of her commitment to public safety and community well-being.

Barger has been a consistent advocate for increased resources for law enforcement agencies and community-oriented policing strategies.

LACPCA represents top law enforcement leaders throughout the county. The endorsements from the Burbank, Pasadena, and Glendale Police Officers Associations represent the three largest independent city police departments in the Fifth District.
These endorsements add to the broad public safety support Supervisor Barger has already garnered, including the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS), Los Angeles County Professional Peace Officers Association (PPOA), Los Angeles Police Protective League (LAPPL), Association of Deputy District Attorneys (ADDAs), and the National Latino Peace Officers Association.
Supervisor Barger also has the support of a broad base of business and community groups, including Planned Parenthood Advocacy Project Los Angeles County Action Fund and Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed).
